“Episode 1” - Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome. Episode 2 is also there.

»Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome« is a prequel series to the well-known BSG universe. We see William Adama doing his first steps as a fighter pilot.

The show was ordered by SyFy but instead of showing it on television, it’s shown as a 12 part miniseries online (on this strange MachinimaPrime channel).

Everything is filmed in greenscreen. The sets we know from the 2005 series were digitally scanned before demolishing and recreated on the computer for Blood & Chrome.

Despite all low budgety and massive CGI, the first two episodes look quite ok. Just the lens flares are annoying (but I guess they help covering up unprecise CGI modeling).
